By Emma GierThe University of Iowa Department of Dance has been producing exceptional, daring choreography from some of the best choreographers through the annual Dance Gala since 1981. The 36th Dance Gala will be continuing this weekend on November 3, 4, and 5 at 8pm, 6pm, and 2pm. It will take place in North Hall at the Space Place Theatre. The performance will include musical compositions by The JACK Quartet, and musicians John Manning and Eric Vang. It will also include choreography by the legend Trisha Brown, as well as Hubbard Street 2.
Tickets: $20; $15 senior citizens; $10 youth (up to 17); $5 UI student (with valid ID)
