After two days of delay the sophomore boys soccer team played against Regina on Wednesday night. The team came out with quick goals and never looked back. The final tally ended at 6-0, with goals by Kaliba Jack ‘20 and Reece Caven ‘20. The anticipation building up to the game affected the team’s play.

“The team definitely played well together,” goalkeeper Elliot Tomek ‘20 said. “Four of our goals would have not happened if the team didn’t play well.”

Although excited about the win, the team feels like they could have done better.

“We think we could have won by a lot more,” Tomek ‘20 said.

The next game for the sophomores is on April 10th, against Cedar Rapids Jefferson.
