Winning Streak Continues With 4-0 Defeat of Dubuque Senior

On May 1st, the Little Hawks defeated Dubuque Senior 4-0 on home turf.

The team kept ball possession with horizontal passes along the defense line between the captains Scott Tribbey ’15 and Adam Nicholson ’15.  A quick tiki-taka up front was held by Alejandro Pacheco ’14.

Colin O’Meara ’16 scored the first goal of the game, at the 21st minute of the first half. Then Pacheco scored the 2-0, after he hit a post some minutes earlier.

In the second half, freshman Rasmus Schlutter scored the third goal for the Little Hawks, and  Nicholson scored the last goal on a penalty kick.

City has now a record of 7-0 for the season and a record of 10-1 over all.

The boy’s next game is scheduled for May 6th at Cedar Rapids Jefferson.
