After a great week for all of the big teams in the state the Hawkeyes are finally ranked into the top 25 for the first time since last season. It is also the first time ever that Iowa, Iowa State, and Northern Iowa have all been in the top 25 at the same time. But Iowa’s top 25 run could be quick with a big game tonight in Madison versus the Badgers. Wisconsin is currently ranked 6th in the nation and has one of the best scoring defenses giving up only 54.9 PPG. Meanwhile the Hawkeyes do not score well but their defense has done great this year. It should be a close game but the difference will be at the center position. Frank Kaminsky is a presence inside for the Badgers but he will be going up against Adam Woodbury who is coming off his best game of the season having 13 points and 10 rebounds. I believe that the Hawks should win a close low scoring game at the Kohls center and continue winning in conference play.
