The deadline to turn in forms for Advanced Placement testing is approaching.

“The only leeway [in the March 23rd deadline] we have is for the foreign language kids who are coming back from their trips – and I will be heading to those classes as soon as they get back to remind them if they want to take a test,” Eric Peterson, City High counselor, said.

Some applications will be taken on the 24th of March.

“The foreign language students who are coming back from their trips are the ones mainly affected by this late deadline, but I always have kids coming in saying they forgot, and for the most part that’s alright,” Peterson explained. “Obviously, we want to respect the deadline, but we also want kids taking these AP tests.”
