OAT CRUST AND CRUMBLE: 

2 cups old-fashioned oats 

1/2 cup all-purpose flour 

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 

1/4 cup brown sugar 

1/4 cup honey

1 egg, beaten 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 tsp salt •

2 cups strawberries, diced 

1 tbsp all-purpose flour 

1 tbsp sugar 

1 tbsp lemon juice
