Looking to have a good time and get jiggy for charity? The dance marathon being held on February 5th from 5 to 9 pm in City High’s own cafeteria is the place for you. With promises of free food and a photo booth the Dance Marathon is guaranteed to be a good time.

“It’s going to be neon themed,” Katrina Scandrett ‘15 exclaimed with excitement, “Lexi Well’s (‘15) dad is going to be DJing so it’s gonna be awesome.”

The goal set is to reach 200 people at the dance and $500 dollars worth of donations which will be donated to the University Of Iowa’s Childrens Hospital. Stars will be sold along with tickets for $1 each and the proceeds from these stars will be donated. Tickets are available in the main foyer before and after school and during the lunch hour right next to the cafeteria doors. Tickets will be $3 in advance and $5 at the door.
