My life philosophy is, Don’t let today ruin tomorrow, it reminds me to learn from the present but not carry its negativity into the future.
A defining moment in my life was the first time I attended an American school. It was nerve-racking and mixed with many feelings, it was a huge change. Everything was different: the way people spoke, the culture, and even little things like how classes worked. But it taught me that everything takes time and eventually you’ll get there.
My favorite moment from my past summer was visiting my cousins who live all the way across the world. Since I don’t get to see them often, it was really fun to spend time together.
