My life philosophy is that pain is temporary and growth is permanent. I believe that struggles don’t last forever, but the lessons and strength we gain from them do.
A defining moment in my life was when my dad had a heart attack. It was one of the scariest things in my life and was very eye-opening. I had always wanted to be a doctor, but that experience opened a new door for me and inspired me to go into cardiology. This defining moment makes me work harder every day to become one step closer to achieving my life goal, to help people like how doctors helped my dad.
My favorite moment from my past summer was when my baby brother was born. I loved seeing my little brother become a big brother for the first time, and remembering how it felt when I became an older sister for the first time.
