200 Medley Relay, McCafferty, Adams and Lorenger Qualify for State Swimming
The 200 meter medley relay team qualified for state.
“Those girls did it all, they made it,” Zane Hugo, head coach, said. “ I am very impressed with them.”
Alyana McCafferty ’16 and Laura Lorenger ’18 also qualified for the 100 meter backstroke. Andrea Adams ’17, the only diver for the team, qualified for the one meter diving.
This year, the swim team has won five swim meets, which the team hadn’t done for the past three years.
“We even surprised ourselves,” Annelyn Broghammer ‘17 said.
