Warming up  for the speech competition season, City High’s improv groups won awards last weekend at Columbus Junction. Throughout the day, they performed four sketches in total. Sophia Schlesinger and Jared Kilberger won first place while Ellis Fontana, Abby Dickson, and Deckard Finley won third.

“It was a good time and it was good practice for all of us,” Sophia Schlesinger said.  “It was definitely a valuable experience leading up to the competition.”
